Return Window
We offer a 14-day return policy for all ready-to-ship items from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made pieces, engraved items, and earrings (for hygiene reasons) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
How It Works

Quality Check
Once received, our gemologists will inspect the item to verify its condition and authenticity.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
